Unless if we somehow manage to add the HP needed to kill said "catzilla", or if you somehow want to change the model "sandvichilla" You will/MUST have an admin on, or the ability to rtv to allow the map to change, pretty sure in the video the screen just goes white. But it doesn't go back to normal till you leave/ the map changes. so even though i hardly/i kinda want to play on it more/ never play on the fun server I don't recommend this

1) Cat cutout is just a cutout; it's not an entity with HP, and making it one would require basically redoing it over again
2) After the screen goes white, if you can navigate your way into a fire or otherwise get burned, the flame effect removes the blind effect and after it expires you can see as normal
You're right about there being no way to leave it though; making it an admin-selection-only map might be a good workaround to this.
