Oh i'm so on board with this, and going to gear snob other musicians to death.

Nothing says fucking metal (and give me attention) like a tangerine sparkle drumkit.

But that threw people off so i went black

And before i was a complete DW snob I played a Pearl Masterworks.

I love this guitar. She sounds great and was fairly cheap ($350). I've had her for a few years now.

I'd post my 2 electrics, but quite frankly they're old and were cheap to begin with and I haven't played them in over a year because I've been at college/family has moved, and I've had the acoustic with me the whole time. I'm buying a new one after a few more paychecks anyway. A shop near me has this 89 Squier from the year that they were manufactured here in America. It's around $400, sounds great because the guy put work on the pickups, with a nice bluesy sound, and feels good in my hands. And, you know, it's pretty rare considering, which is always cool, so that's the one I'm leaning towards.
I play Scout and Medic a lot.

Love my Steinway. It's gonna be a shame I won't get to play it when I go off to college next year, but at least I have a great Roland keyboard for that.

OOOOMMMGGGGGG This thread is AWESOME. Failhorse, what kind of guitar is that? It almost looks like a PRS Santana model, but I could be mistaken. Here are mine:

Epiphone Les Paul Custom, I've had it for a few years now, plays like a dream.
Image

Breedlove Stage C25 Acoustic/Electric, also a couple years old, still my baby.
Image

I have a 3rd guitar, and a mandolin as well. My third guitar was my first one, a Squier Deluxe Strat with Duncan Design (crap version of Seymour Duncan) Humbuckers, all red wood. Idk if I'll ever see it again :(
And my Mandolin is Rogue brand. Cheap and effective. In terms of amps and pedals, I have a Fender Frontman 25R amp, and for pedals I have a Crybaby, a DS-1 Distortion, and a Boss MS-20 which I still have no clue how to use, and haven't used it. So if someone wants it, let me know. Pristine condition.

I came here wanting to see male 'instruments'.

But this is nice too.

I would show my harp, but it is put up and haven't played it in about 3 years.
