Use deionized or distilled water, it will make your radiator last much, much longer. It's made out of copper because copper is awesome at conducting, well, anything. But heat is what they care about here. But the copper is also why you want to use deionized/distilled water because tap water will cause corrosion inside the radiator after a while.
And as a fun fact, ultra pure distilled/deionized water does not conduct electricity.
