I think some pro-life people are generally of the "all-natural" stance, and so will oppose any artificial method in birth control or family planning. They would favor something like calendar planning, which technically doesn't require contraceptives, but is basically scheduled sex.

I believe that birth control is mainly controlled by the actual could-be parents rather than the supply. Its just my opinion.
