Some questions before I request to be whitelisted

I saw in another thread that there's supposed to be a thread somewhere dedicated for requesting to be whitelisted, but I couldn't find it. But I suppose that's ok since I have a few questions before I join anyway.

Since playing with just my brother gets kind of lonely, we've been looking for a good Minecraft community to involve ourselves with. I've been playing on the tf2 slayboxes for a few months now so I decided I'll give the CSN Minecraft server a look at as well. I'm looking for a server where everyone trusts each other and things like storage protection and banned items are unnecessary. Basically what I'm looking for is something completely vanilla. No mods, plugins, banned items, etc. Since Critsandvich is a whitelist server, I would assume that's how it works but I thought I'd double check here first.

If you want to go ahead and just add us to the whitelist, my name is resuni and my brother's is Mega_Woofer.

Everything is absolutely vanilla, have been asked for mods but I don't know how to work and ftp so never got to it
Unfortunately not many people play but if you want i am not against whitelisting some of your friends.
For the people that do play, We have every only had one incident with griefing and they were removed appropriately.
And you both were added to the whitelist, If you have any problems feel free to either post here or add me.

I already have my own servers. My reason for wanting to play on Critsandvich is to hopefully join a community that's already been built up. I can see that the server is often empty, so I'll try to play in it as often as I can. Hopefully people will see users on it for once and want to join.

I did a little exploring of what other people built. Everything looks really good. My brother and I have already started gathering materials and will soon after explore the world and look for a place to build.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I have experience in running Minecraft servers, as well as putting together mod packs with Forge mod loader and I'm even starting to learn how to write mods for Forge. Like I said in my OP, I prefer a server without many mods so what mods are you looking to install?
