trying to start a tekkit server for someone and I get this spat out at me: http://i.imgur.com/hQtX8.png

anyone know their way around minecraft servering?

This is a generic networking error. In order to allow connections , the server must bind to a port. Firewalls regulate this, and will default to not allowing it. Check your firewall to make sure either Minecraft or the Java VM are allowed through (not sure which would apply here, check both).

I would help but I had that problem a LONG time ago, so I all I can say is use google.
