There are four users, at the moment, that constantly harass (via mic chat) specific members on one of the TF2 fun servers whenever they're online.
One of them spams the votemute function on me, constantly, to no avail.

We already established this rule months ago: Killing is allowed on the Love Nest. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. If someone complains about being killed, tell them it's allowed.

Not really- he's calling us a bunch of twelve year olds and he says he never comes here. Its closer to a restraining order on a person from a different state. If he's never on the server, why should it matter to him? It shouldn't. Although it may not be the right thing to do, it shouldn't bother him if we do ban him.

Are you a 12 year old? Otherwise I do not see how being called a 12 year old has any negative effects on you personally.
If someone calls you a fool and you aren't, then you truly are a fool if you get mad at it.

Well that's specifically the reason why.
Why should we have to do something not necessarily right in order to ban someone?
