Hey, I just found out I was banned on critsandvich servers today. When I went to the website link provided to find out why, the reason listed was aimbotting. There was no demo provided for proof that I could watch. The ban was said to have been placed on 1/5/13, but I could have sworn I was playing TF2 on a different critsandvich server yesterday. I just found out now because I haven't played TF2 in a while so I do not remember the incident that might have cause the ban. I was hoping to get unbanned because there are only a few servers that have people playing and hosting stock maps with reasonable player limits.

I don't really have any more to say for my case but I have a Highlander record that could verify that I am a good sniper.
I've played on the platinum highlander team Axl - Wat for the past 4 seasons as sniper/soldier and held my own against many of the top snipers in HL matches without being called out for hacking.

I also have more than 600 hours on sniper so I have dedicated a lot of time to sniping.

Aimboting/wallhacking, I have a demo recorded somewhere. I'll review it, but I didn't ban you just for getting a lot of headshots. The original reason was that your cursor was snapping to people behind a wall as you were waiting for them to come around the corner. Also when there was a group of people who came through a door tightly packed together, your cursor was having a trouble deciding on who to snap to.

I will confer with the other admins.

Edit: You have no bans from other communities that I've found, so that's a good start.

Alright cool thanks. I know it this may be an anecdote but I have been speced lots of times in other servers when I snipe because of similar suspicions and I always came up clear.

I just ask that you keep a clear mind if I'm moving my cursor around waiting for somebody to peak a corner because I get antsy and it may seem like I snap to somebody through the wall. Also, if I'm having trouble deciding on a group of enemies it may be because I see a certain class I want to kill and I'm trying to focus on that one person like a medic or if I have a full charge the heavy because I can kill the medic later without the heavy killing me. I would be interested in seeing the demo if that's possible.
