Sick of Being Banned

Hi. I'm Not a Spy [skial] in Team Fortress 2, and I'm a regular on the Critsandvich Fun Server. I usually have fun, but sometimes an abusive admin comes along and bans me. Today, I've been banned TWO times! The first time was for 30 minutes, and I don't know how long the second one is. The first time I received absolutely no reason or warning WHY I was banned, and the second time I wasn't warned. It turns out I used the /votemenu command which opens up a list of votes. Apparently that is supposed to be used by admins only, but the menu let me freely use it as much as I want. The second time I was in a server with Repo Man and A Duck. One of them banned me, presumably permanently. This time I received no warning that I would be banned aside from "Don't use the vote menu". Can I please be alerted of HOW long I've been banned, and WHAT I did wrong?

If you're sick of being banned why don't you just stop using the vote menu? It's simple as that unless you cannot control yourself.

first off you were warned many times, by me and repoman. after the first time you should think "oh i should listen to these people", but you didn't, you continued to spam the votemenu, you have been banned permanently by repoman. can this be shorter? i think yes if you learn to not spam

You spam in-game with your mic and you don't stop even when admins/donators/regulars/whole freaking server ask you to stop. Also duck is correct, just today you spammed votemenu for no reason and ignored Repoman. If anything it would be a sunrise if you weren't banned. I'm also steering clear of your language in-game.

Excuse me? After Repo Man told me not to use the votemenu, I stopped using it. And what mic spam? If I even did mic spam, when did ANYONE tell me to stop?

Thank you very much. I know this isn't the right forum, but the ban appeals forum seems to be completely inactive, sadly.

I know for certain we warned you the first time while we were testing maps you would not let us complete the map in ZF.

Considering

1) one night we were testing my map. A head admin was present(me) and was testing his(my) baby. You did not listen and were kicked.

2) We log all activity that happens on the servers. Anything typed into chat or console is logged... You continued after you were warned several times yesterday.

Why no you listen? Hmm?
We're not a hard community. We don't have insane rules. We allow a ton of shit on the fun server. Just because there is a menu or some glitch that allows you to fuck up the server isn't a reason to use it. In other words. Because it's there is no justification to ruin the server experience for others.

But I'll give you a chance. I'll remove the 1 week ban if you can explain the following to me:

I usually leave the server during ZF matches as they lag up my PC. Regarding Melee on Dodgeball, I activated a vote for melee. The people voted yes, so we went through with it. Why I did it? For the lulz.
