Hello everyone, i am the real CoRe*Jags |CSn. This is the fake one, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197994421690. He only has 10 friends and has like 10 hrs of TF2. He also has some of my stuff.http://www.tf2items.com/profiles/76561197994421690. He must of sold my unusuals as fast as he could, but he has my Ten Gallon . Pls Ban him from all servers. Thx

He had one for a very small window of time, though he didn't lose anything anywhere near its value to get it.

So he makes a completely innocuous trade Unusual trade, and then within 24 hours, everything he traded for vanishes "through no fault of his own" from his backpack by someone who just happened to brute force both his Steam account and his SteamGuard email without tripping any of the anticracking safeguards, and who happened to choose him specifically instead of any of the dozens of famous item collectors whose backpacks could probably buy his ten times over?

You can understand why I am incredulous at the least.

Rager screwed up and put his password somewhere he shouldn't have. He admitted it, and everyone who was available jumped in to try and help him fix his situation. Pretty much everyone here knows Rager, and we all understood almost instantly exactly what had happened to him and his backpack.

Jags says he didn't do anything wrong, and that the whole thing "wasn't his fault", meaning that he is claiming someone brute forced their way into his Steam account AND his Steam Guard account in 24 hours without tripping any safety measures, which is an idea so ludicrous and unlikely that I can't even fully describe how skeptical I am. It's like claiming that someone robbed a bank just to get into the safety deposit box and steal only his wedding ring; can you blame us for raising eyebrows?

You should be ashamed of yourself. The trade occurred last night and I've witness said unusuals in his bp. tf2item's history tab operates on an multiple hour/daily cache (unlike the backpack itself) so It's plausible that the items were taken sometime into the night and early morning. I've also written with one of the friends on the other account's list. Energy is also my friend and he unknowningly bought the trophy belt.

The odd thing is that the impersonator's account was made in 2007 (when jags was 10), whilst Jags made his account in 2009.

his backpack is also filled with promos made offa jag's unusuals + new unusuals worth over 25 buds in value (not from his account) coincidence?

99% sure the account was activated as a carrier to sell off unusuals from jag's hacked account. The only possible way that jags could've been guilty is that
he activated his brother's old account, then sold off his unusuals for cheap on that one, then inherently found 25 buds worth of unusuals all within 1 day.

One can lose their account through 2 ways.
1.He had an easy password or he shared it on a phishing site/to a "friend"...etc
2.The hacker takes the email and requests the password, thus granted access to his steam. Once there, he doesn't need the account, only the unusuals. Why keep an account that's of no use to a hacker?

He probably accidently his password somewhere it shouldn't have. If he did remember where, he'd probably know by now instead of denying it. Heck, if he could remember where he placed his password so easily to have it stolen within the night, would he have made the mistake in the first place? (Oh, here's a suspicious website, let's place my info here and just keep a tab on it just in case i'm hacked)

I have to agree with Tech on this one. This seems very suspicious. Core randomly sends me a message saying he sold his Snaggle which I found very odd, since he would message every time he got an offer on his snaggle. I have no idea what happened, but this seems very strange.

Well, when I got hacked by keylog, they get ur email too, its possible that assuming miraculously if the hacker gets Cores steam pass, then its 99% chance that his email (which is listed under settings) has the same, or near same variation of his pass. Nevertheless, I agree with Cake, suspicious... very suspicious...

Asking someone directly "WHAT DID YOU DO", they will always pull the "I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING" card. I learned this in my Network Systems class that you need to ask less direct questions to get answers, like "Did you visit any suspicious websites recently" in order to get the information you want.

Wow how can you guys not beileve me? I wouldnt Joke about this crap. I sold the snaggle cause i didnt want it anymore. I wanted the Six Unusuals. Well im not joking im actually very mad/sad. So yeah i only lost my unusuals i only had for like 24 hrs. It was a very crappy day, took a break from my computer. I dont think you should judge something when you dont know the whole thing. I woke up went to TF2TP to check my trades and none of my unusuals were in my backpack. So i went onto tf2, and all my unusuals were stolen, Idk how or why they could/would target me. I just wanted to get out of the Snaggle thing so i sold it and i got hacked. Hopefully Steam writes back to me soon.
