I'm assuming most of you can guess why just by the name.
No one on the server will miss him.
He spammed the mic with annoying noises. I sent him a pm saying I'll unmute if he doesn't do it again if he did he'll get banned.
I unmuted. He did. I banned. After serious trouble with keeping the server up because of client rate errors and buffer overflow. I, and the other Goldmins, are having trouble keeping it up as it is without spammers.
He will not be missed.

Well, he said he perma-banned, so he didn't need to add an amount of time. Leaving the time out makes it perm, you should know that, right?
