Permaban of Sumnertyler

Hello all
Today I was patrolling the Critsandvich Trade Server, when I noticed this fellow join. Being alerted to the precious ban of Unusual King Kao, I was vigilant in my watch over spycrab gambling. When this fellow first asked to spycrab, I approached him and requested he use a middleman. At that time, he thoughtI meant me, to which he said:

How do I know you just wont run with the 2 hats?

I replied that i wouldnt give up being admin on the CSn Trade Server for the world, and when I told him it was in his best interests to use a middleman, he ignored me. it raised my suspicion that he was in fact, the one scamming, as opposed to the one being scammed. He then went on to spycrab with Demopan, to whom he lost. During the trade between the two, Sumnertyler left the server and cancelled the trade. As of me writing this, I have given Demopan my only NV hat, a Bald engineer, and have added Sumnertyler to bear him bad news of his perma ban. He then blocked me. As I do not know how to ban via Steam ID, I am requesting a higher, more experienced admin, perform this perma ban. His profile can be found as follows:

Ohhh man, I remember this guy. One time I was the server and no admins were on he tried to rip people off with crazy prices. I told his to stop trying to rip people off, after he ignored me I told people to becareful when dealing with him, because he will try to rip you off. After I did that thankfully people didn't want to trade with him. He then said "wtf are u doing u fuckin asshole" this guy is a waste of space.

Us regular admins can't ban from only Steam ID . I'll look out for him for the next.... 12-14 hours, as I'm going to the midnight release of Harry Potter anyway, I might as well have fun waiting
