Unusual king kao unban request

I kao was wondering about a unban request.

I was performing in a CSn spycrab on the trade server. But when a computer shuts down in the end of a spycrab it looks like you left because you didn't wanna lose. So when i got kicked my computer also went down for a few minutes. When i finally turned it on i was told by a admin i was scamming and going to get banned. But the second i turned my computer on i was told that so i had no time to find the guy and continue the situation. So for now in time i am permantly banned from all crit sandvich servers. I was performing to have a unban request added because for the past few months i have only played Crit sandvich servers and it is hard to find a server with people that are easy to get along with and have a good time. And also when i got banned i was banned on all servers. And the thing is when someone gets banned it should be the server that somthing happened in only. I am currently banned from all servers and is not aloud to play the slayboxes or the fun servers. And since i have seen it enforced so i have tryed to help on those servers to that trading is aloud to be in only the trading servers. So i think someone getting banned should be banned on those servers only not the trade servers to some it up in one sentence and finish that subject here. So i was wondering if i could get a request to get unbanned.

The thing is: If you do not use a middleman, you always run the risk of being labeled a scammer when you lose and are disconnected, either through internet issues (I have these as well) or through some freak accident.
You seem like a nice kid; however, there is a fine line between being disconnected via accident and by that by scamming. Unfortunately, we can't risk having a reputation for taking it easy on potentially scammers (not saying that you are 100% a scammer).
As you have written in your conversation with me: "i don't even know who it was"
Had you have used an admin, you would've been secure (because both parties would have relinquished their items to the middleman). In this case, I can't assure that the other guy would've received the nv hat.

As for the other party, I have since given him one of my own nv hats. With the start of the new server, there is to be zero tolerance policy to such actions, we can't risk reputation over mistakes.

And also i was multichatting with 3 people in the begining so i didn't pay attention as much.

Sorry if this is a bit small. But this is enough to draw a conclusion.
The other party wouldn't have been paid back.

Lucky, one of the witnesses who contacted me had the guy on their friend list. It turns out he was in a different server at the time I traded him.
Either way, I want to instill as much rep in this community as possible.

And at the beginning i was just going with what was happening to let you know. I was trying to fully understand what was going down. And like i say i was in multichat so some stuff i thought i was talking to other people.

And also though there is not the bottom of the chat where i was asking you questions and you where not responding. For me further of all delete my chats every few minutes because i dont like to have a chat box open with a bunch of messages because i may get confused that someone is messaging me or where talking.

What if I wasn't online during the night?? The guy would've been at a loss. It's not the amount someone loses, but the fact that they had lost out on something that rightly belonged to them. That's what leaves a sour taste in the guy's mouth

and you get banned from all the servers because you can alway trade in any server. if you ban a hacker you ban them from all, same goes for scammers.
just because they scammed in the trade box doesnt mean they wont go scam in the slay.

your stories and counter arguments are really bad, it would have been much better to just tell the truth and apologizes for what you did instead of inflating the situation.

We had the same case yesterday. Although he was in game when I checked back up on him. Basically you broke the rules by not using a middleman and now you're paying the price.

I also have MrCakeMan watching on the server for the time's I go AFK in another server (not an idle server ) to let me know if anyone is spycrabbing for items without the use of the middleman. When I have my admin color off (just for IRC chat to be able to record it) then people never seem to listen; but when I turn it on, they listen almost instantly. People shouldn't need to have an admin telling them what to do in order to do it, and should just listen.

I'd say you should consider just keeping it off and doing sting operations; every person we bust and ban is a future scam we avert, and admins aren't on 24/7.

Yeah, you basically told him that you skipped out on paying up after a spycrab loss "for teh lulz". That pretty much speaks for itself.

And it's not just "one hat" we won't ban over "one hat" it's that you broke a server rule.
You have become what you wrongfully called many people, a scammer.
