The first series of Screenshots are a time when The Suspect in question says "fgt" in chat, while Cap is online. He then admits to using the term when admins are not online, disregard the paint thing, i have a dual monitor setup which screwed it up a little. Definitely check the second 2 as it shows some vital evidence of his offences.









Next series of Screenshots are the suspect in question being incredibly racist towards Latin people. The first image is just showing you that the one talking is indeed Lemons, any regular can contest that to be his avatar. Also some CSn Regulars like Hodge, Kazzack, and Sonic were online at the time and confirm that was Lemons speaking, along with Mr Pirate, and mr.cupcake

On top of the Screen Shot proof offences whenever is temporary gagged, he abuses /me command to speak through the gag.

You are correct about i not being very fond of lemons, but I did not do anything to provoke these incidents to occur. These were Lemons's actions, which break major server rules. I only made this post because of these violations. If i never played on the server, Lemons would have done the same offences, which are ban-able, so my disliking of him has no relevancy to whether he should be banned or not.

Whenever i play on the Fun Haus or the love-nest for that matter, and i see someone doing something they shouldn't be then i report them to an admin. This on the other hand i was recommended to make a forum post with the screenshots that i have. I am not bias as i only want him banned and no one else. If they break rules i think they should have some consequence brought upon them.

No, you're disliking him is relevant in the fact that out of everyone on there that violates server rules, spawncamping, harassment, consistent racism/sexism, blatant disregard for the rules, et cetera, you choose this out of all of those for someone you dislike. This is a warn-able offense then a kick-able, and if he continues, finally bannable. Yes obviously I'll talk to him, and if he doesn't listen this time poof gone like the rules state. And honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if when admins aren't on these sorts of things are common occurrences.

and should know very well not behaving like that on our servers. Note we dont ban for this behavior at highest time ban for couple of hours or days if its borderoutlandish shit. Snake do contact an admin next time it happens if you can. Cause if he disrespect an admin and what they say they can rule it out what to do with the situation. Personally I would warn him then kick him if he didnt listen. And if he did continue I would do a timeban cause I guess he was toxicated acting like like they are OG .

My thing with this situation is that both times an admin was on. From the pics it seems like Cap dealt with him accordingly with a warning. Now for the second however the pics don't show if Hodge reprimanded in anyway or if he was there the whole time.

Keep him on a short leash. He wants to be a regular and wear CSn, so he should know what is unacceptable and act accordingly

As a sidenote, it'd probably be best not to post your "lel"s and "xdddd"s here unless you have somethign actually worthwhile to post in the thread, such as further evidence of someone causing an issue. I'm pretty sure this applies to any thread on any of the subforums anyways. In short, don't say unnecessary crap.

This is the kind of &^%$ that happens when I take a break from tf2. looks like I may have to come back from my break in a couple of days to straighten out some of these trouble makers. I will keep an eye on this one when I get the chance to come on.
