I can't remember who did it to me but it was a regular who was playing pyro that was absolutely destroying me with reflects all game. He somehow managed to reflect a rocket from BEHIND ME. It was the topper for that round.

I actually think it was Panda now that I'm thinking of it.

We actually ran into each other mid air face to face. What I think happened is that as we hit each other in the air, he turned as we were bouncing off each other and got the side stab. It was on Lakeside and he was jumping off that high point where the big column is next to the cap point and I was rocket jumping up to the cap point from down below. Either way, it would be an awesome video to see.

Yeah, if you are behind someone, like right behind them, and your airblast radius extends in front of them, your airblast will reverse the rocket even though it was going the same way as you were airblasting it. It's a quirk of game mechanics.
