I have a tip I haven't actually tried yet:

You can record slow motion camera movements by pressing shift+f2, dragging the slider down to like 20%, closing it and recording your movements then setting back to normal

actually I take it back, it didn't work. It works in the replay, however when you save the video its at normal speed
