Video of the euro TF2 players

I have been watching a few of these videos of the best TF2 players. They all use the same crosshairs, but I can not get mine to look like theirs. Anyone know how they do it?

in the video they all have the default crosshair, however, that crosshair was edited in and i guarantee you its not the crosshair they use in game most "pro" players use either the plus sign/cross, or the dot.
