Hasn't been too long yet, but I've been making magic happen with the Benny Hillmyster for quite some time

Weekdays 5pm-12am(PST) Weekends all day

Yes, I ran The Fallen clan with Benny for a while

Good with server management/plugins etc.
As part of my schooling course I'll be going through a full book of HTML in not too long as well

I haven't replied because though I have seen you on the forums, I don't recall seeing you more than once on the servers. Could be we were just playing on different Slayboxes or whathaveyou, but since I don't have any idea how you conduct yourself while playing, I can't really give a good response.

As admins play with the "regular" players (not as in "normal" but those who frequently play on our servers), relationships are formed, and certain individuals, just through playing with and talking with admins, can make a good impression on those admins, leading them to encourage those generally level-headed and reasonable players to apply for admin. That said, anyone's admin application will be read and either dis/approved or apparently just ignored if no one knows who the dude is. Also just as a matter of procedure it's nice to have a formalized application process, since it reduces the chance for claims like, "Benny made that guy admin because they worked at the hotdog stand together! WTF!?" Just makes the whole thing more legit.
