It isn't really the tag we care about, it's just that we need to know who is in trial which the little a in chat does fine. And he really is not in the same trial as normal, better to say pre-trial I suppose.

Clearly there needs to be a more efficient list/method of going through each trial, scrutinizing it, then all parties required simultaneously going "This is what we have decided, and that's the end of that."
