What previous admin experience, if any, do you have? I was an admin a couple years ago on another TF2 server, it was in Europe.

Any skills that can benefit the community? Many hours in TF2, seen pretty much everything from everyone, been asked for a second opinion on alleged hackers and reported some over steam.
Are you OK with jumping in an empty server to help populate? Yes, definitely.
