For anybody who doesn't already know after my constant complaining about it, I have been trying to hunt down a Circling Hearts Madam Dixie forever.

I found somebody who is trading one.

Hearts on a dixie is obviously a very fitting effect so that bumps up the price for it. Ask him what he wants for it (see if he prefers promos, other unusuals, vintage hats etc. Hell maybe he likes flies) and see if you're willing to pay that much. If not try to wiggle down the price a bit. (But not too much, he could easily find another buyer.)
