I'll list the unusuals/promos I'm selling & anything that I'll be looking for (if it comes up).
I tend to move unusuals relatively fast, so please contact me first if you're interested in one of these hats so that I can put it on hold.

So then would you trade the ghost guad for the tower fetti+bud?

It's a very fair deal; however, The tower with confetti will be a bit harder to unload.

On the other hand, at this current moment, promos are more in demand. For instance, I see someone trying to trade away a confetti guad (one of the true themed unusuals) for 3 buds flat (which is what it's worth) and another guy trying to trade his ghost guad for fetti guad + 1 bud (totaling 4 needed for these two transactions).
There is someone selling a confetti towering on tf2tp for 3 buds + 1 bills (again, promos are up in demand). If you really want to rid yourself of the confetti towering, it'll still go for at least 3 buds flat (less demand in market means selling an unusual for what it's worth will be harder than it has in the past). That would leave you with 4 buds at least in promos. At least one of those buds is already converted.

IMO, I would do this trade, but if you play nothing but pyro/ or if the guad carries sentimental value, it's a decision call. This block of insight was purely based on values.

The least a confetti team captain would go for (It's one of the most desired unusual hats, if not thee most), is 4 buds. The problem with that is that only a few exist, and those who have it tend to overcharge the bazingas out of it.
4 buds = ~42 keys = ~$80

New effects are new and people either hate em or love em, but everybody overprices them, regardless.
Besides Confetti, the only less visable effect is flies, but that's a collectors hat, and I've seen it go for more than 13,14 buds worth back in the day

Gah, I apologize, I read that as "Any other effect team captain"
As for confetti medic hats, you should be able to get one for 1 buds + 1 bills (at the least)
Look for either a confetti gonzilla, or a confetti medic mirror.
buds + bills = ~$29 or 15-15.5 keys

As a trader, I'm sure you know my spectrum of unusual value tends to be on the side that'll sell the unusual within the week. That being written, I've sold a green energy hound dog before for 6 buds *worth* of unusuals, and it took around a week. Nowadays, I'm sure you know there is a higher demand for promos. I will pass. Thank you for the offer

Yea having a mark hat like I usually do really makes you a target.
Back when I got my first white bills I wore it all the time and people wjould know its me just from that.
