Found this guy votegagging everyone...

Every time someone joined he'd call a Votegag on them, and the same 4 people always voted "yes" with him. There were only about 12 people in the server and most of the players were trading or doing other things, so he basically gagged everyone in the server and kept them that way until he left.

Is there some sort of policy against this?

Update: a LOT of people were joining the trade server today and unable to trade because they could not type. I found my votegagging from this instance had also rendered me unable to use voice commands or text chat.

Many people have been requesting admin assistance and quite a few have been forced to relay their trades through players. I've been relaying requests for many of them, but this is starting to become a serious issue.

Edit: Patrid joined in and ungagged one other user and I, though I believe there are still other users floating around.
