Death Run is currently broken

Blue player does not become a Hale Boss, and people are able to join Blue and cause havoc.
Did somebody call for the resident pessimist and doctor?

There are two configs for DR, which map were you playing when it bugged out?

Updated to latest beta saxton hale, seemed to play dr fine now. Let me know if there are any other hale bugs.
