What's the story behind Drawed?

So I was either on the Love Nest or Fun Server 2, and a person named Drawed entered the server. Immediately upon entering, he was both muted and gagged. I asked around the server to find out why this was so, and nobody knew why he was perma-muted/gagged. I was wondering if anybody on the forums knows the story of Drawed.

I'm like 90% certain our severs don't support permanent mute/gag - that's usually a client issue. I would not be surprised if Drawed was perma-silenced, I just didn't think it was possible.

It's only possible on the fun servers.

basically what happened is that drawed was being himself
funny and overly obnoxious

and some people got offended easily
so shit happened and some admins hated him
