I dunno if its just me, but when I try to choose a number, it automatically goes 1-10 in descending order.

Just keep filling it out, all 10 numbers have to be used - it orders and ranks them for you so if you make something 3 the existing 1 and 2 stay and everything else gets bumped down 1 to make room for your new 3.
