Map cleanout

At the pinkmin meeting tonight we voted on certain maps to keep or remove from the server list. However we were unable to decide for some maps. We are turning to the community for help on deciding the fate of the following maps:

cactustemple
lumberyard
courtyard
ram shacked
ravage
storm
west
draft
