Permanent mute...?

i have had problems with the mute button, as in i mute someone then the next map they are unmuted
i would like a permamnt mute so i dont have to listen to horrible mic spam when i forget they are unmuted :/

Repeatedly ignoring an admin's request to kindly stfu is worthy of a kick, and a ban if it continues. Or since this is the "fun" server, using this permamute plugin would be less "unfun," I guess.

We're very liberal in the fun server (because it's fun) and the general policy is for individuals to use their 'mute players' option but sometimes people beg to be muted/gagged anyway. I fully support Ninja's request.
