Nope. Now that we have the standalone pacifist mod if people want to have no killing they vote for it. This way the servers majority decides what the server does, not the people who are the loudest vocally. If they're annoying however they'll most likely be muted but that's about it.
Also regarding the airblasting and sapping going on on pacifist mode. Finger will be removing those weapons. Assuming someone finds other ways to annoy people on that mode a admin will do !mortal and or !freeze on said annoyance.
