The guy who used to manage this plug-in used to play on the Fug/FFN servers quite regularly. Unfortunately, I think he stopped updating it because every update to TF2 would break it and required far too much effort to fix than it was worth. As far as I know, it's still broken, unless someone else decided to pick it back up. If it really is still broken, someone might consider talking to the guy if he's still around (I think his name was "Wazz", but I'm not sure) to convince him to pick it back up or pick it up yourself.
