Donor/Website problem

Well its not a donor problem, more a web problem. My cousin tried making a account here twice but it wont send him the email to verify his account at all. He also had to donate via my account. He made one account named "Thomas The Train" and "ThomasTheTrain". Any help?

It might be flagging the confirmation email as spam in gmail. I can manually activate the account though. Which one would he like to use?

Actually, I had a friend that had the same thing happen to him, so this may be a fairly common problem.

I just force-reactivated both accounts. I want to see if the email works. There are evidently people receiving the emails since we have new registrants.

Benny, why dont you look into something other than email verification for accounts.

Something I had done was put a question in that nobody can get wrong.
"What if your favorite class in TF2?"
Basically anything thats typed in will be accepted, since bots wont be able to get past that.

he says "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator." pops up when he tries to log in, he also wants the username with spaces.

I set up a proper email server on critsandvich.com now and I'm working on setting up records so that Gmail doesn't think the messages are spam. Email notifications should be better from here on out.
