Okay, so about a week, week and a half ago i donated with all the same account info as last month. as of yet i have not received post game invulnerability or the [D] and green text , oddly enough i can join any server that's full despite these other issues.
now I'm not going to ask for my money back. i donate cause you guys and your servers are awesome. but if there is a way i can get the other privileges i would be appreciative.

You put the wrong steamid in, STEAM_6:8:90617 is not correct, it is STEAM_0:1:6890617. I saw that there are two entries. I added your donation plus some addition time for the mistake to STEAM_0:1:6890617. It should work now.

I have the same problem but i had Rez help me with my steam id and yet donater still wont work..any suggestions?
