Reserved Slots

i donated yesterday and have been enjoying the privileges, except for the reserved slots. It seems to not be working for me. Could somebody help me? Thanks in advance.

There is a tutorial on how to connect to the servers when they are full, here is a basic run down:

open console,

type "connect 69.175.33.150:27015"

This will connect you to slaybox 1

to connect to any other server, just type the address in and it will connect you.
