Custom stuff not working in Slaybox

I don't know if this goes here, but when I enter the Slayboxes, none of the custom skins/HUD icons will load. (except the Tron skins) I see them fine when I'm in the fun server. (and yet, Pyros can do this with a pistol in Randomizer: http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5931/hl22011012714245398.png) Is it a problem with the server(s), or are custom skins/HUDs disabled? Just wondering.

We have sv_pure 1 on to avoid problems with cheaters. For example someone could use a custom set of wall textures to look through walls without triggering VAC. Unfortunately there isn't much way to have a whitelist that allows many custom skins without exposing the server to hacks like that.
