Donators being able to use scramble commands.

I was informed by snowsickle that donators "again" have the power to initiate scrambles in the servers.
A. this needs to be fixed asap
B. if you are a donator, DO NOT initiate scrambles. This is a warning.
Chat log I was sent is as follows
1:33 PM - Snowsickle: fyi you have donators able to trigger scrambles again.
1:41 PM - CSn| -»ŊùЪż«- AFailHorse: it's weird caue they don't have the flag for it.

If this has been fixed then just delete this thread.

sm_scramble requires slay permission, and has for months so you will have to be more specific on what command they are using, who used it, when and where it happened.
