Server Join Messages

Some Time When i play on any of your servers theres usually someone coming in with a message under their name and was wondering if it was a donator and admin thing or everyone can do it.(This Does not relate to kill-cams)

It's a donator thing, I think. Also, welcome to the forums.

You can get a pink admin to help you unlock and set it.
