Nominate appears to be working incorrectly again, at least on SB2. I logged on when I was the only one there, nominated a map, rtv, had only two choices for next map and mine wasn't one of them.

EDIT:// On the next map I nominated and waited for the normal voting and my nomination did not appear, again.
