as far the hacks i dont really see em, looks like hes just over charging his shots and strolling around the corners...
definitely not aimbot he misses most of his shots... lol

Pretty bad aim and knowing theres a spy upstairs is kind of easy as you can hear him back stabbing like 3 people. The second scout find was kind of questionable though, definitely not aim bot...

I wouldn't have banned this guy off of what I've seen, but I don't think I've ever seen him before so I don't really care either...

he plays exactly how i do. i always check flanks and i have my sound setting so i can hear footsteps etc

He was looking directly at an invisible spy on the previous map, and somehow knew I was behind the rest of the team (that's what got me watching him at first).

He's not using an obvious aimbot, but he might be using one of the types that triggers when an enemy walks over the crosshair. I noticed he likes to keep his crosshair still and wait (see that medic kill he pulls off)

I know it's a bit vague, but he was staring at the wall a little bit too much for me. And when he turned and the scout was there it seemed like his timing was too good. It's not like the scout was being very vocal about his presence behind the rest of the team. He does that three times in the video and he did it with me in the map prior. Just seems too suspicious to me.

Again, I wish I got it on video but there was this one moment where he was looking around the map and suddenly notices the cloaked spy and gets unscoped with his kukri out, watching him approach as if he knew he was coming (and no, the spy wasn't bumping into people, and was fully cloaked, no flickering). He also began tracking the spy, while he walked but didn't try to headshot (didn't want it to be too obvious).


Anyway this is what I saw, if he wants to contest the ban that's really fine with me.

Hey guys nah I wasnt hacking I was chargin my shots and I have a general idea where other snipers stand its right there where the cart is on blu cause I stand there to lol when im snipin on blu side and the spy and scout on my flanks was just luck it was even suprising to me that I cought that spy

Can you explain why you were looking at that invisible spy near the end of the match on gorge? That's what really seemed suspicious to me.

I use headphones. When the scout was behind me I could hear him still being shot by my teammate thats how I knew he was still alive and sumtimes I can hear the death sounds like when an enemy or teammate dies and they scream I can pinpoint where thats comin from. As for the spy thing on Gorge I dont remember but its was prob luck and sumtimes I can predict where they are going to go to get behind me if say I spot a spy or sumthin. Its just luck & predictions

None of it looked like hacks to me, you can see the outline of the cart through walls, and people are always on the cart, so charging behind a wall and aiming where people are guaranteed to be seems normal

I'm able to predict where scouts and spys are going to be, you can hear the de cloak and if he knew who the scout was you can always look at the killcount and see if he's dead.

Looked like basic game sense.

As I remember... either Repth or Can't speel- fully cloaked spy on red on badwater. Having never seen him or heard him cloak, I pulled out my kruki and ran down the stairs chopping. At the base of the stairs I crit-kruki a fully cloaked spy. Sometimes instincts get the better of us.

but i always hear them declock even though its kinda far away.

I'll take another look after spring break (demo's stuck on my computer in college now), it'll probably confirm his innocence.

Sometimes we shoto fully cloaked spy's in the head because they happen to be walking right in front of a snipers :]

true story ...but there's still the option that I'm just recording everything and if someone thinks I'm hacking he can contact me by steam or the forum and I'll upload the demos he wants.

I guess most of you can't understand why I still try to stay. It's just that I mostly start playin' public around midnight (CET) after the 6v6 training/mixes. It's difficult for me to find a good euro server without shitmaps, even at weekends. In other words I couldn't find a server to replace SB1/SB2.
