nextmap global chat trigger

3. Requirement not met: A lot of people type in nextmap at the end of a map. This creates unnecessary spam and effort when only one person has to type it, allowing the entire server to see the nextmap on the server.

4. Immediate actions taken: It's a server side issue.

5. Suggested action description: My suggestion is that sm_trigger_show be set to 1, however that might mess with the hlstats commands (I'm not experienced with that plugin). So then the other option is, within basetriggers.sp, set just the nextmap command to 0, and keep the others at 2.

6. Method of discovery: Persistent issue with a generalized resolution.

If the settings are kept that way intentionally, then ignore me. If I suggested the wrong thing to fix, ignore me and use the correct method.

We used to have sm_trigger_show set to 1, but changed it because people were spamming global chat all the time with other commands and spamming the chat window during the entire map. I can edit basetriggers sometime and fix it for nextmap.

I have to just remember to not overwrite that base plugin when a new snapshot comes out.
