No one has been able to use anything other than stock items for about two or three days. Is there a way to fix this, and could it be done soon, please? Thanks!

Apparently the server has lost connection to the item server.
It really would be fantastic if it could find that connection again somehow

There is going to be an update tonight. The server will be restarted then--so maybe that will help the problem. Other than that I'm not sure what we can do to fix it.
