Who's playing? I just got it yesterday, though I suck big time at it. (so much I need to learn)

I thought about it.
DotA is a good game with a steep learning curve for new players. The problem is, however, the player-base.

DOTA 2 is out? I have see no major gaming news people cover it all.
And I agree when it comes to the player base, they are not very nice to newer people.

It's still in beta. I got it after making a trade with someone on the Steam forums.

I was offered a beta code by my friend but turned it down. I'm not a big fan of games like DOTA... mostly because I'm terrible at them.

Dota 2 is so much fun (I got a Beta invite last month), but I suck terribly and most matches end with my teammates yelling at me to do something I am not already doing. I need to spend some time on youtube or watch some live matches.
