I was playing on the Slaybox yesterday and i found out that i had + 200 point in HLSTATS but then i looked again a few minutes after it said 0 points so my question is
IS there a limit on + 200 points on slaybox 1?

We restarted stats yesterday because we added a new section (randomizer). So you might have caught it there. I'm pretty sure it resets any short unimportant stats like that when it's restarted. Don't worry though, I doubt you lost any of your points.
