I did this because it was my only chance to record a demo while playing at SB1 and to show you how I'm playing.

Why would Konfy check spec all the time? Maybe cause all you guys are hassling him all the time. I'd want to know who was watching over my shoulder and going to ban me next.

Why does Konfy want to play on this server? If I was cheating and some server banned me, I would just find another. This guy is trying a pretty hard to stay, he seems to like this server. It's not in his best interest to "cheat" at this point or earlier. Let's look at incentives here.

Is there anyway for someone to know 100% for sure he is cheating? Nope there isn't. It's just his word vs. your's.

Maybe he cheats, maybe he doesn't, I can't know. But I like to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I don't check spec all the time but I notice when something appears in the chatbox.

i notice spectators whenever i press tab to pull up the score board
you dont really have to look to see it

As an admin I notice spectators because sometimes they need to be kicked. It sure is easy to notice them when checking your score. Also keep in mind this is a pro European player. The league he plays in has banned people for hacking, but not him (and he's verified that he is this guy).

naaa, imo pro would be premier division or at least division 1. I have the skill for div3 maybe div2, ok thats still a really high level compared to public but not pro.

the main point is that I'm trained to notice every thing, am I right? ^^

I look at specs to, every1 does, some of the admins have a thing for spying on people.

Konfy doesn't hack, he never did.

There was an admin meeting today. All matters of ban-contesting are now to be handled between the banning admin(s) and the player involved.
