Allow micspam(except earrape) during setup time and/or after winning.

Thing is there's no way to regular what is and what isn't ear rape when using hldj/whatever they're using. Plus, the slaybox is super srs bsns so they probably wouldn't like that much.

What do you mean "mic spam that isn't ear rape?" Isn't that the definition of mic spam? And why would you want it anyway? Unless you're planing on spamming and just don't want to get in trouble for it.

What Ender means if its ok to play music while popping, or more as an suggestion and question I guess.

If you're going to do anything silly like that then remove the delay between voice commands at the end of round/set up time. That's less ear-rapey but still annoying/fun
