Annoying whitelist skin request

If there is a whitelist for skins, I implore you to allow this one. With my little brother around I'm not allowed to play on the slayboxes because it shows blood and gibs and turns off this skin.

I feel like i would be more active in the entire community without having to worry about scarring my brother for life (hes 7) and not have to worry about incurring the wrath of my parents.

My skins work on the slayboxes and fun servers, but the custom sounds are reset on the slayboxes only.
Is this due to sv_pure 1 on slayboxes only?

none of my skins (except for a few class models) work at all on the west and slayboxes
theyre all fine on the lovenest
