As far as my team goes, people with experience in competitive play would be preferred if we want to do well, but we probably would take anyone if we need the players on a day where we can't fill the slots. If you are unfamiliar with how competitive play works, head to tf2lobby.com

We were thinking of some kind of contest for the podcast and the east vs west thing could be fun. In my head it works like this,

Your team is dependent on which HLStats says is your most played server. For instance, mine is Westcoast1. Here is the link as proof.

If for some reason someone would need to be on the other team, they would take it up with whoever is organizing.

I would make two threads for voting where only the players from respective sides should comment in, and they would discuss top 3 or top 5 of each class depending on how many teams we would make. Then we would make teams based on those votes. And 1st West would play 1st East, etc... We could also have some commentary if available and the winners will win prizes depending on tier.

Howdy gang- I played highlander a few weeks back when we organized a few matches and had a most excellent time

I'm primarily a pyro, but I know my way around demo pretty well, and I'm a passable soldier.

I LOVE the idea of a West vs. Chicago match. I was one of the group interested in putting together the west team, so I would still be interested in trying to get this going. Oh, and medic is the only thing I can even play passibly well.
