The Bushwacka and Backburner should not be able to get random crits... or any weapon that gains crits or mini-crits due to an "event."

It's a good one. I thought BB didn't random-crit though?

dead ringers should have a time limit added to the ammo need, since its just too easy to spam

Remove damage buff and/or decrease flame range on Backburner

Make original Polycount set bonuses work without their respective hats, like the Polycount sets included in the Australian Christmas update.

Maybe a slight damage nerf on the Minigun?

they are testing out new flamethrowers in the beta, you should go check them out.
Flamethrower: Damage increased 10%
Backburner: Removed +10% damage bonus
Degreaser: Added -10% damage and Removed -25% after burn damage

but then vetos this will happen

Remove Grenade Launcher, Sticky Launcher, and Scottish Resistance.

Let Demomen be composed of Knights, Mamelukes, Samurai, and grenade skill-shotters.
