Double Trouble @ Mann Manor

So it's quite possible that I'm a bit slow on learning about this, but I was like WTF Mate!? This leads me to an important question... how many HHH can there be at once? Is there a cap? And if not, perhaps we should attempt to spawn so many that we all just eat shit as soon as we spawn.

I made a plugin that spawns him at round start and after 2nd point is capped. He spawns twice when valve wants him to spawn too. I did this because if there aren't enough players in the server, he wont spawn.
