If it's a TF2 item, we definitely need to get in on that. Apparently people got batty over pixels that they can attach to their character that have no impact on the game play. Who knew.

I'll probably just put a cross on mine. Maybe an engraved sandvich.

It's kind of wierd; I can bump-map any design I want into the medal and significantly enhance its appearance, but because Valve doesn't have custom-bump support, I'll wind up mapping everyone's medal to mine, with the end result being that medals with my design will look amazing, but other medals will look off.
