They tried to do the fake middleman scam. This is when someone poses as a trusted middleman and attempts to go through with the trade. If you ever need to use a middleman during a trade then i recommend you find one on here http://steamrep.com/group.php?id=2 . Always make sure its the real guy by checking the URL, comments, tf2 hours, etc. And if you are selling then you have the right to find the middleman. If you are buying then just make sure the seller isn't a retard and got a fake middleman.

According to my buddy, they went and tried to scam many other people after because he got 6 more reports.
